Specializes in UR/PA, Hematology/Oncology, Med Surg, Psych.

Unfortunately, the US does not have a nursing shortage in most places so a new grad LPN may find it difficult to obtain a license/employment here.

Well can any of you tell me if my 2 year lpn could qualify as an ADN RN in the states. Because I have been hearing that it could? Is it true

Not true in most states as you did not graduate from a RN program. LPN is not eligible for TN or any work visa
