    help! im an american citizen living in the philippines. ive chosen california as my state. ive got everything all set to mail. i've just got ine more question, do i mail my fingercard in the same envelope as my application or separately? and if so, do i still mail it to the same address? help!!

    I dont know about California but in my state its different finger cards go to the different place, i would call before mailing it

    There are a few threads discussing current issues with training overseas and not meeting requirements especially from the Philippines so something to read up on and be aware of. You may want to consider another state however the issues may still be present when endorsing license
