Relocating as a new NP?

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone could share any experiences they have finding a job in a different location than they currently live or are certified?
Are there certain areas with higher demand for NPs than others- Maybe it's me but the Boston market seems pretty tight and I would be willing and wanting to move but I cant afford a lot of plane trips for interviews.
Anyone have any advice? THANKS!
P.S. I'm certified as adult and I see slot of jobs in some regions want family.
