Private practice NPs in FL

I've a plan in set to open private practice. Being in FL, one of only two states that still requires MD permission to breathe, I would like to know what type of arrangement NPs set up with MDs for this "collaboration". Do you give the MD a percentage of your business, all referrals his/her way, a set fee, combination of these? Anyone in Orlando area with pro-NP backing physician? Thank you for answers, assistance!
