nursing or health care administration??

I'm taking my last to classes to finish my AA and I'm thinking about changing my major from nursing to health care administration. I'm changing because my gpa dropped and the school I attend will not let me retake the few classes I made c's in. After doing some research I'm kind of scared to go into health care administration because of the years experience required to work and some needing nursing experience. Any suggestions??
