Need health assessment and research in nursing

i have put out about 4 apps to nusing schools for NP or FNP. All are starting in January or thereabouts. i have a BA and an Associate's in nursing. As i wait for admission, i would like to do Health assessment and research in nursing which both seem to be the general requiremnts. does anyone know an online program that i can get these 2 in the meantime without having to enroll as their student. just on an individual course basis, no major?? i have 5 months to kill between now and january, might as well do something to lessen my load later, right??? i applied to Ball State, USA, Florida central college and USF. Oh and ETSU.
