NCEP guidelines question

Looking at the NCEP guidelines, if someone has both parents who are diabetic and one sister who is diabetic, does that count as only one risk factor no matter how many family members are affected? It looks to me like several family members with DM would count as higher risk than if you only had one DM family member.

I couldn't find this in the guidelines, or maybe I just over looked it.
