    I am in the process of taking over a bankrupt medical practice that I currently am employed. I have been told that it is mandatory that a physician has 50% ownership in that practice. I can not find any information about this for the state of S Carolina. If anyone has any info on this, or where I can look up the info, I would really appreciate it.
