Jefferson APW Interview

I was contacted right before the holidays for an interview for the APW program at Jefferson. However, nothing has been set in stone, and the adviser has been difficult to get a hold of. I know I applied early but am getting a bit antsy. I don't want to seem overly pushy but definitely want my chance at this interview. Since I'm from PA it would be great to stay in the area for school. Has anyone else had similar problems with this school? Are they always so slow to respond?
