    I have a problem... I need a change. I am thinking about going back to school to become an ARNP, but would like to get some feedback on what areas seem to be doing well, have importance, and are in need!

    Depends on your state. We have a great need here in NJ for NP. The acute care is specific, but going into the adult or family seems to be better and more diversified. Also depends on what you like and want to be doing as a long-term career. Also, if you work at a hospital or clinic, etc, as other NPs there about their jobs requirements. Good luck.
