Endorsment dummy need license in louisiana

Hi everyone,

I am so sorry to ask you how to endose my Arizona license to Lousiana? I couldn't find it from Louisiana State Board of Nursing's website. I know it sounds really stupid, but I couldn't find it after researching for half an hour. Please let me know. And one more question is If I endorse more license in Louisiana, my AZ license would be still effective or not?
