Career guidance for a new ACNP in alabama

Hello,

just needing a little advice/guidance for career choices being a new ACNP in alabama. I am nervous and all the positions that I have seen available prefer to have NP's that are already experienced, not really entry level positons. Any suggestions on how to transform or flip over to the ACNP role and what I can expect will be greatly appreciated.
