Advanced Pathophysiology Class

I am enrolled in online courses at Saint Joseph's of Maine. My next class is Advance Patho. We are using Clinical Applications of Pathophysiology: An Evidence-Based Approach, 3e and Pathophysiology: The Biologic Basis for Disease in Adults and Children, 6e. Anyone gone through this class at this college? Do any of you have any tips regardless of where you took the class? I hear it is horrid.
