i am a doctorate student [and nurse] seeking nurses [with a bsn or higher] who live and work in missouri for a qualitative study exploring the mentor-mentee relationship.

subjects must possess a bsn or higher and have a mentor who also lives and works in missouri; or be a mentor to another nurse who also lives and works in missouri.
