research on nursing students' palliative care experience

Attention all nursing students, please take some time to fill out the following survey. This questionnaire will be used for a Master's Research Project with the purpose of finding a correlation between clinical experience and knowledge of and attitudes towards palliative care. One part is a twenty-question true, false, or "I don't know" quiz on your knowledge of palliative care. The next part is a 30-item Likert-style questionnaire on a five-point scale (1=strongly agree, 5=strongly disagree). Finally you will be asked to recall if possible any palliative care experience you have had in your clinical experience.
