Participants Needed in the Richmond, Virginia Area

Hello, my name is Rachel Maine. I am a doctoral learner working with Dr. Susan Myers at Capella University in the Department of Psychology. I am conducting a research study about nurses who have left the clinical field in the Richmond, Virginia area.

Participants are required to have a current license as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN); minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience; participants may not have been involuntarily dismissed from work, allowed nursing licensure to lapse, or forced to surrender licensure; and participants are required to be between 18 to 65 years of age. Participants will be interviewed, which should take about 60-90 minutes to complete. Additional time will be required to review the interview transcript.
