Need suggestions for issue paper

Please help! I have a 10 page issue paper due in a couple of weeks and can not come up with a topic. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Are you in class or doing clinicals? A topic of interest for me is pain management particularly in patients of different cultures who often view pain management with suspicion or misunderstanding.

I am in school for my BSN but yes I'm in clinicals also. That is a good topic. I have been doing research on other cultures and noticed that there are big differences in how they view pain. Thanks.
