Looking for Research Proposal ideas

Hello,
I'm looking for any suggestions for a Research Proposal idea. I am in a graduate nursing research course and there are no limitations on the assignment except that it has to be relevant to nursing. This is a group project so it's hard to pick a topic of my interest (anesthesia) that is also of interest to the others who are NP students.
