My name is Debbie, I am an RN completing research on nursing retention rates in home health care. This is my capstone project to complete grad school. I am looking for home health nurses to complete a 5 minute survey at:

completed! It is good to see someone looking at productivity as though in our agency all of our nurses and therapists are very dedicated, they are also all working more hours than they get paid for!
