Elective Breast Augmentation & Self-Esteem

We are researching the effects of elective breast augmentation on self-esteem to fulfill a graduate requirement in order to obtain our Masters degrees. We are looking for people to participate in an online survey.

Qualifications include:
o Participants must be at least 18 years of age
o Participants must be female
o Participants must have had breast augmentation for cosmetic purposes and not for breast reconstruction
o Participants must have had their breast implants for no longer then 10 years


Who is the researcher?
• The researchers are Master’s Entry to Nursing Practice graduate students at DePaul University in Chicago, IL.

Study participation:
• A 18-question online questionnaire that will last approximately 30-60 mins.
• Participation is voluntary and the questionnaire is completely anonymous.
