A little story to tell:
My husband was in ICU over Christmas for 7 days and I could not stand the drama of his family members and sadly I chose to bow out kindly out of his room... Felt bad for the nurses putting up with their crap! In fact, I am still debating on nursing school vs. teaching, because of what I saw and heard from my own family towards these wonderful hard-working nurses that I so admire was aweful ! I did laugh under my breath when I over heard a nurse tell of one the family members, "No, I am not going to disclose that to you, you can go ask his wife!" Oh, ya... That made me feel at ease and went home till he was transferred to the floor. YIKES!!!!!!
