- Jun 9, '12 by nerdtonurse?Dream job? Anybody old enough to have seen the movie "Coma" with Michael Douglas and Geneive Bujold? They had coma patients hanging from wires, 4 deep, 30 people in the room. Nobody peed, nobody pooped, nobody shed pounds of dead skin off nasty stinky feet, they just quietly dangled in their harnesses, and not one of those vents ever beeped. No hovering herds of relatives, just quiet.
Considering the night I'm having, it would be bliss.... - Jun 9, '12 by Hygiene QueenQuote from nerdtonurse?Old enough to remember it...Dream job? And I was young enough to be freaked out by it...
Tired enough now to agree with you.
Again, this:
"nobody shed pounds of dead skin off nasty stinky feet"
Do you ever wonder how much of that stuff we have accidentally inhaled over the years?
Ew.
My coffee isn't nearly as appealing as it was before I thought of that.
- Jul 4, '12 by JerseyGirl6My dream nursing career would be to work at a college/university working in the student clinic while also health promoting to the peers at the school...while working to do that I would love to work as a school nurse while goin to school for my masters to become a family np
honestly I would love to have my own office and desk promoting health from all the experiences I hope to have while in nursing school and working as a nurse...so all these careers have all of what I dream of doing with a nursing degree...good luck to all of you chasing your dream nursing job

- Aug 8, '12 by amygarsideThere are certain episodes in our lives that we need to move on with. If the job isn't meant for you, it's time to find another dream job.
