- Jun 29, '12 by nursefrancesIt would be very hard to do a nursing assessment on Spiderman. Can't feel the skin, I imagine skin turgor woud be good since he is so young and agile.
Hmmm...can't see his eyes. I don't think I would want to check grip strength as he may accidentally break my fingers. How would I document the "secretions" coming out of his wrists? And would the neuro assessment be normal since his "Spidey senses" tingle at times.
He would be handy to do household chores though.
