    i recall having pt's in psych ward with this same behavior it was a nightmare but a lesson non the less~

    trust me, one of them climb to the light fixture on the ceiling by placing a table & chair and wouldn't come down until we all bow to him since he claim to be "king juan carlos"

    It would be very hard to do a nursing assessment on Spiderman. Can't feel the skin, I imagine skin turgor woud be good since he is so young and agile. Hmmm...can't see his eyes. I don't think I would want to check grip strength as he may accidentally break my fingers. How would I document the "secretions" coming out of his wrists? And would the neuro assessment be normal since his "Spidey senses" tingle at times.

    He would be handy to do household chores though.

  12. I remember during pediatric clinicals I had a little spiderman climb over the rails on the beds that almost reached the ceiling..I decided that day not to go into Peds..lol
